Darren has seen many different industries over the years, from being a full time Ski Instructor to owning a Pub in the Hotel Industry. This is why his number one priority is customer service.
With over 20 years industry experience, Darren has built RMS to be Australia’s most trusted parts distributor for reefer manufacturers. A fully qualified refrigeration technician himself, Darren applies his wealth of expertise industry knowledge to the business, ensuring practices and approaches are always up-to-date and beneficial to clients and their unique requirements. Darren loves helping customers solve their problems - whether it’s via phone or in person and on-site.
Daniel Allen

Daniel has been in the industry for over 15 years and during that time has taken on many different roles - spanning from refrigeration technician to General Manager of large scale reefer operations across Australia and New Zealand. Daniel is passionate about the industry and applying his unique knowledge in service and operations to help shipping lines with reporting, data analysis and efficiencies - to ensure all requirements and potentials are being met.

Suzanne has a wealth of knowledge not only in our industry but all things accounts. She runs a well oiled machine and makes sure RMS looks after all of our customers accounts and that the business is in good order.

Chris brings to RMS 15 years of technical experience on reefers and 6 years of industry experience in the commercial and retail refrigeration sector.
Peter Delaney

Peter has been in the indusrty for 35+ years. Peter knows all things refrigeration. His bread and butter is reefer containers and he has a vast knowledge of PTI’s, off hire surverys and emergency callouts however Peter’s knowledge also extends to cool rooms, ice machines, air-conditioning installations and industrial refrigeration.

Ged arrived in Australia 15 years ago after leaving behind his career in the UK where he managed many different UK ports and looking after the Maersk contract. Maersk assisted him in moving to Australia where he has developed a respected career as a senior technician.

Bob has been in this industry for 40+ years and is a crucial “piece of the puzzle” for the New Zealand reefer operation. Bob and Chris have been making sure that any reefers going through Wellington are serviced at the highest quality before being packed with cargo.
