RMS has been servicing Australia’s refrigerated container industry for over 40 years. Our long and proud heritage within the industry has seen us forge our position as Australia’s leading supplier for reefer parts - which means we always have a large supply of parts on hand. We service a range of customers in all Australian capitals, as well as regionally, with operations based in Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne.
How we operate
At RMS, we’re constantly developing and evolving our business to respond to our customers’ requirements. With a committed business model RMS has gained the confidence to develop a modern management and administration structure not only to conduct its business on an electronic basis but to also efficiently support our team of highly trained mechanics.
RMS is electronically automated with GRAMMS and can offer any Shipping Line Online Access, providing the ability to view the current activity and authorise M&R in real-time.

RMS is an authorised service and warranty centre for all the major manufacturers including Carrier, Thermo King, Daikin and Starcool.
Our 40 years of industry presence has seen us foster long-term relationships with all major agencies – Thermoking, Carrier, Starcool and Daikin. These relationships allow us to best serve our clients and their individual needs.
